I just got a phone call about Mary Lib's father passing away early this a.m. I understand that Bryan Lee is handling things, but the obituary will not be in the paper until tomorrow. Just wanted to give you a heads up. For those of you who don't know Mr. Rohrbaugh, he is former mayor of Garner and retired from the DOT as a civil engineer. If I remember correctly, he went to Univ. of Tennessee. Mrs. Rohrbaugh was the guidance secretary when we were in school. Cathy and Richard are their other children and sympathy to the whole clan!
